Presenters Guidelines

Information for Presenters:
Workshops
45 minutes session: Depending on the number of presenters, each can have 15 minutes maximum (2 presenters’ session) for their presentation.
We strongly recommend a discussion time of at least one third of the total time of the session taking place at the end of all interventions.

Symposia
90 minutes session: Each presenter will have 20 minutes maximum (3 presenters’ sessions) for their presentation.
We strongly recommend a discussion time of at least one third of the total time of the session taking place at the end of all interventions.

Oral Presentations
90 minutes sessions: Depending on the number of presenters, the time allotted to each presenter will be 7 minutes maximum, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.

Poster Presentation
Each author/presenter will be responsible of carrying, placing and removing their poster. The Organization is not responsible for any damages that may occur if the poster is not removed at the times indicated.
Dimensions: 0.90 m wide x 1.20 m tall (PORTRAIT)
Weight: It is recommended to use light cardboard or consistent paper easy to handle.
Design: Free. Text and illustrations should be legible from a 2 meters distance.
